Second is what comes first!

I hope everyone had an amazing holiday season! I know mine was filled with so much to do and not enough time to do it! With that being said, I apologize that this post is coming to you all so late.

OtS Photography gave me an amazing oportunity to be a second shooter at a recent wedding. What a wonderful experience in all! At first, as I am "hopeful" most others were, I was a bit nervous. How do I get all the shots I have in mind and get all my settings right to boot? ;) EEEkkkk... BUT Chris was so calm about it all. It really helped me to realize: shoot, have fun and LEARN. That's what being a second shooter gave me the oportunity to do.

I do not currently have the best indoor equipment, but I was really quite lucky that the venue had ample light and my images did not come out as grainy as I thought they would have! YAY!!!

What wonderful first experiences. Chris was a great example to lead by with his grace and ability to change his position, equipment or angle with ease. The client was very comfortable with him and I, and a few times it was spoken that they felt like movie stars... I think that is what made me smile the most; how appreciative they were, and how we made them feel so special and important on such a memorable day! Amazing !!!!

I am going to try something different with this post: I am going to attach a video I created with the images I took.
